LISA ACADEMY - NORTH LITTLE ROCK 2008-2009 SCHOOL YEAR APPLICATION FORM

LISA Academy is pleased to announce that we have been approved by the Arkansas State Board of Education to open a LISA Academy – North Little Rock for the 2008-2009 school year. To apply for the LISA-North Little Rock location, you may either download the application from this website or you may come by the LISA-Little Rock school in person to pick up an application. Once you have filled out the application and have copies of the required documents (as stated on the second page of the application), then you may either email, fax or personally bring in the application to the LISA-Little Rock office at 21 Corporate Hill Drive.
