Congratulations to Neema and Sonia, students at LISA Academy North High, for being named 2025 NCWIT Aspirations in Computing High School Award - Arkansas Affiliate Winners! LISA Academy Students Win eCYBERMISSION First and Second Place in State Competition

LISA Academy is proud to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our students in the eCYBERMISSION STEM competition, hosted by the Army Educational Outreach Program. In the 9th grade division, Lance and Aiden from LISA Academy Online School, coached by Ms. Williams, earned first place at the state level. In the 8th grade division, two teams from LISA Academy West Middle claimed both first and second place honors. This virtual competition challenges students to solve real-world science and engineering problems using research and innovation. We commend all of our students for their dedication to excellence and leadership in STEM in the state.

LISA Academy Hacktopia state champions

LISA Academy Rogers-Bentonville Scholars Are Hacktopia State Champions!

3 students from LISA Academy Rogers-Bentonville and 5 students from LISA Academy Online competed at the Hacktopia State Finals, and the Rogers-Bentonville team won 1st place! Congratulations to Bentley, Vivaan, and Sri, coached by Mr. RJ! Hacktopia is a competition where students use concepts learned in the classroom and apply them to cybersecurity-related situations. This achievement reflects LISA Academy’s commitment to fostering creativity and innovation in STEM education. We are proud of these students' skills and creativity!

Two LISA Academy Teams Compete in Southwest Regional Aerial Drone Championship

Congratulations to the teams from LISA Academy Rogers-Bentonville and LISA Academy Springdale who traveled to Lexington, South Carolina to compete in the Drone Championship. These advanced STEM students continue to challenge themselves through real-world applications of engineering, design, and problem-solving. The Northwest Arkansas GT Showcase was a vibrant celebration of student talent, featuring various performances—from singing, dancing, and playing musical instruments to a captivating skit—highlighting the exceptional abilities of LISA Academy's gifted students. These young performers entertained and exemplified the creativity and dedication fostered within LISA Academy's Gifted and Talented (GT) program.

Congratulations to the talented competitors from LISA Academy West Middle and North Middle-High schools! The West Middle team earned an impressive 2nd place overall, showcasing their strong STEM skills and teamwork. From North Middle-High, Reece and Lance stood out with a 1st place win in the Towers event and a 3rd place finish in Optics, highlighting their advanced problem-solving and scientific thinking.

Lilly Qualifies for National MathCon Finals in Chicago

We are proud to announce that Lilly, an 8th grader at LISA Academy West Middle, has qualified for the National MathCon Finals in Chicago—an elite national math competition that challenges talented students from across the country. MathCon promotes advanced mathematical thinking through rigorous problem-solving and creative reasoning. Congratulations to Lilly for this remarkable achievement.
