LISA Academy Enrollment FAQ
LISA Academy is a tuition-free, open-enrollment public charter school serving K-12 students across Arkansas. Below, you'll find answers about our application process, lottery system, policies, and programs.
How to Enroll
Applications are accepted online through Schoolmint. Families can apply anytime, but sports are filled based on lottery results and seat availability.
2. Watch for lottery results each spring.
3. Accept your seat within three days if offered.
4. Complete registration and submit documents within five days.
Understanding the Lottery
LISA Academy holds an annual, random public lottery to assign available seats. Applications received after the lottery are added to the waitlist in the order submitted. Priority is given to siblings of enrolled students and staff children.
Waitlist and Applications After the Lottery
Students who do not receive a seat during the lottery are placed on a waitlist. As openings become available, families are notified in order of their waitlist number.
Registration Requirements
Once a seat is offered, families must complete online registration forms and submit required documents by the stated deadline, including proof of Arkansas residency, student's birth certificate and social security number (if available), and immunization records.
