Enrollment Overview
Admission is open to all students in Arkansas, regardless of academic background. Seats are offered based on availability. Families may apply at any time during the year. If seats are available, they are offered from the waiting list.
Each spring, LISA Academy holds a random public lottery to assign available seats for the upcoming school year. Students who are not selected in the lottery will be placed on a waitlist and offered admission as seats become available.
How to Enroll: Step-by-Step
Step 1: Submit an Application
Families can enroll online year-round.
Step 2: Lottery Placement
A public lottery is held once a year (spring semester) to assign available seats for the upcoming school year. Seats are offered first to those who qualify for a staff or sibling preference.
Students not selected during the lottery are placed on a randomized waitlist by school and grade level.
Step 3: Year-Round Seat Offers
If seats open during the school year, they will be offered to students on the waitlist. When a seat is available, an email offer is sent to the parent/guardian. They must accept the seat within 3 days, or the offer will be withdrawn and the seat offered to the next student on the waitlist.*
Step 4: Complete Registration
After accepting the seat, the parent/guardian must complete the registration forms online and upload the required documents within 5 days of the initial offer.*
Families finalize enrollment by submitting:- Student's Birth certificate
- Proof of Arkansas residency
- Immunization records (or exemption)
- Student's Social Security Number (if applicable)
Step 5: Join the LISA Community
After registration, students and families receive details and gain access to LISA Academy's innovative STEM-C programs, enrichment clubs, and advanced coursework.
