LISA Academy ATU Research Symposium

Research Published in Arkansas Tech Symposium

Congratulations to LISA Academy North Middle-High educator Roza Shaimurat and LISA Academy Governing Board Member Dr. Tolga Ensari on their published study, "Empowering Students Through Project-Based Learning in Computer Science." We’re so proud to showcase the innovative work happening in our classrooms and grateful to our partners at Arkansas Tech University for supporting meaningful collaboration in STEM education.

LISA Academy Students Win eCYBERMISSION First and Second Place in State Competition

LISA Academy is proud to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our students in the eCYBERMISSION STEM competition, hosted by the Army Educational Outreach Program. In the 9th grade division, Lance and Aiden from LISA Academy Online School, coached by Ms. Williams, earned first place at the state level. In the 8th grade division, two teams from LISA Academy West Middle claimed both first and second place honors. This virtual competition challenges students to solve real-world science and engineering problems using research and innovation. We commend all of our students for their dedication to excellence and leadership in STEM in the state.

LISA Academy Hacktopia state champions

LISA Academy Rogers-Bentonville Scholars Are Hacktopia State Champions!

3 students from LISA Academy Rogers-Bentonville and 5 students from LISA Academy Online competed at the Hacktopia State Finals, and the Rogers-Bentonville team won 1st place! Congratulations to Bentley, Vivaan, and Sri, coached by Mr. RJ! Hacktopia is a competition where students use concepts learned in the classroom and apply them to cybersecurity-related situations. This achievement reflects LISA Academy’s commitment to fostering creativity and innovation in STEM education. We are proud of these students' skills and creativity!
